Perhaps in desperate measure to gain a new mainstream audience, former ECW (Extreme Championship Wrestling) owner, Paul Heyman is blasting pop superstar, Rihanna, claiming the Barbados native singer'scover art for her new single "Russian Roulette" is biting his cover art for his 1998 album release "Extreme Music."
Heyman told The Sun: "It's pretty obvious this was copied from, or at least EXTREMELY inspired by the ECW album cover... If you're going to copy someone, copy from the best. By the way, Rihanna... you're welcome!"
While there are similarities, very seldom is a concept especially an artistic one, truly original. Last time I checked, there is no trademark on half nakedness and barbwire (see Pam Anderson in Barberella). Close but no cigar, Paul. Go stand under someone else's "Umbrella" eh, eh, eh!
